Thank you for your interest in permanent cosmetics with Micro Ink & Artistry! 

Before proceeding with booking, please take the time to read through Pricing, Police and FAQs which are located in the tabs above. This will help to ensure that you are a good candidate for permanent cosmetics. 

By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and in agreement with all Micro Ink & Artistry Policy, Pricing and FAQs available in the tabs above.

Please note, when booking a new procedure you will be prompted to pay a required non refundable $100 deposit that will be applied to your balance at your appointment.  Consultations may be scheduled at no charge, but a separate appointment and deposit will have to be made to schedule any procedure. Also when booking you will be prompted and required to fill out Client History and Informed Consent form.
