-Micro Ink & Artistry by Tami Miller reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not meet policy requirements or whose previous cosmetic work is unsuitable or if we cannot come to an agreement on plan of procedure. 

-Deposits are non refundable. Remaining balance is due at procedure appointment. 

-Clients must complete consent forms and disclose any health issues and prescribed and OTC medications. Some conditions may require physician clearance. Please do not proceed with booking if you have a bleeding and/or clotting disorder, viral disease, are pregnant or lactating, or have been on Accutane in the last year.

If you are on blood thinners and/or require antibiotics prior to medical/dental procedures, or if you are currently undergoing chemo therapy and/or radiation please consult with your physician before booking. A written consent from you physician will be required to proceed with permanent cosmetics with those conditions. 

-No guest will be allowed in treatment room, only clients with an appointment. 

-Permanent cosmetics is generally a two appointment procedure. Occasionally, additional appointments will be necessary to reach desired result. Followup pricing will apply to additional appointments, and must be within 90 days of previous appointment.

-Eyeliner will not be performed on eyes with lash extensions for sanitary reasons. Please have these removed a week before your appointment.  

-Please note aftercare will require that you are able to refrain from sweating/exercise for 7-14 days, depending on your procedure. Please schedule accordingly.
