-I reserve the right to refuse service. If we cannot agree on a predraw that is within the scope of my skill, and to your liking, we will not proceed. Corrections of another artist work will be reviewed on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel a procedure is unsafe or is not in your best interest or out of the scope of my skill.
-Deposits are non refundable. If you must cancel and reasonable notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If second appointment is cancelled, the deposit is then forfeited. If you no show your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
-I do offer gift certificates, however they are non refundable and have a one year expiration date. Please make sure the person you are gifting is a good candidate and wishes to have permanent makeup.
-Micro Ink & Artistry by Tami Miller offers NO GUARANTEE for micropigmenation results.. Individual results will vary from client to client. Aftercare of your micropigmentation and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results. Some may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results.
Medical micropigmentation is NOT for you if you are-
Pregnant or nursing
Undergoing Chemotherapy
Sick with viral infections or contagious disease
Had Botox or fillers within a 4 week period of appointment
Sick with a cold or flu-like virus
Used Accutane in the last year
Have blemish or sores on the procedure site
Consume blood thinners
Are currently taking any antibiotics
-It should be noted diabetics may take longer to heal.
-If you currently use a lash enhancing serum or product, it must be discontinued 6 weeks prior to any eyeliner procedure.
-If you are required to take antibiotics before medical procedures (due to leaky heart valves, artificial joints, etc), please consult with you physician on how to proceed.
-If you are prone to fever blisters you will need to get a prescription from your physician ahead of time to prevent an outbreak if you are having lips done. This is typically started before your appointment date. Please consult with your physician.
