Eye Liner

 Permanent eyeliner is a cosmetic procedure that embeds pigment  into the lash line. It can help the eyes look more open and naturally  more appealing. It's a great solution to always having on eyeliner without having to worry about symmetry  or smudging. Permanent  eyeliner can be done on the top, bottom or both top & bottom  eyelids. Eyeliner is always predrawn for your approval.  A more conservative option is lash line enhancement. This is an extremely subtle application of the tattoo. It can be done either as a thin line that does not leave the lash area or as a dot at the base of each eyelash.  This does not give an eyeliner look, but more of a subtle darkening and  thickening of the eyelashes.
